The staff tried to be polite about it but we're forced to give poor service because of your policies. We were redeeming a fundraiser coupon (free hot n ready w/purchase) and tried to call in but we got a message that we are not taking phone orders right now. So after being hounded by your voice message to order on the app and not being able to place a phone order we tried the app. There was no way to redeem the coupon so I thought well we did everything we could and we'll just go in because surely they can add it to our app order. Unfortunately, wether a local or corporate policy the poor kid had to say you can't use your coupon unless you come into the store????? He was super nice and felt bad but your policy on this is ridiculous. If you want people to not call in and use your app maybe improve your policy and app.

Customer service at this location is horrible especially when you pre-order the meal and it ends up being over 30 minutes late. Husband called them to find out when the order would be ready and the lady was very rude and hung up the phone.

I ordered online on a Sunday early in the morning and had it set for a pick up time of 5:30. I left at 5:30 as it takes only 3 minutes to get there from my house and it wasn't ready. I had to wait until 5:50 to get the pizza. Finally got it and headedhome but when we started dishing out the pizza all the cheese and toppings just slid off. I also ordered the pizza as stuffedcrust and the crust wasn't even stuffed just normal crust. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back.
