It's Little Ceasars. I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad. Yes, once in a while, they run behind, who doesn't now. The staff has always been helpful and friendly to us. The app has always been in sync with our orders. We love the cool machine that you can use by yourself. They are always well stocked. It's kept clean. This location has many designated parking spots directly in front of it, so you can get in and out quickly. Parking: Many designated spots close to the entrance. The best place! Whoever was working last night is a Saint. They were 4 minutes past close and the worker offered to let me come in anyways. I told him I felt bad and that it was okay. The staff tried to be polite about it but we're forced to give poor service because of your policies. We were redeeming a fundraiser coupon (free hot n ready w/purchase) and tried to call in but we got a message that we are not taking phone orders right now. So after being hounded by your voice message to order on the app and not being able to place a phone order we tried the app. There was no way to redeem the coupon so I thought well we did everything we could and we'll just go in because surely they can add it to our app order. Unfortunately, wether a local or corporate policy the poor kid had to say you can't use your coupon unless you come into the store????? He was super nice and felt bad but your policy on this is ridiculous. If you want people to not call in and use your app maybe improve your policy and app.
