Engine 8 Urban Winery - Washoe County

I stopped in while going to a movie at Galaxy Victorian. Had a nice glass of wine, liked it so bought a couple bottles. This shop is worth a visit. I'll be back.

Had a great time tasting some fun wines. The wines tend to be young, but the quality is in the product. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and the live music on Saturdays is fun. The atmosphere is great and everyone is just having a good time.

The food is amazing they have the best pizza. I enjoy the flight of wines too. Sometimes they have live music.

I was very fortunate to be at Engine 8 Urban Winery this evening, when they were introducing a new appetiser called Steam Bites. Of course it's one of my favourite places so maybe I'm biased but the atmosphere, the few menu items they have pizza best in the city and the people make it such a fun place to visit. But the new appetiser is probably the best thing I have had off the menu when I've been here. Their pizza is amazing, as everyone knows who's been here, but I would rate this new appetiser as the number one food item on the menu! If you have been here before you need to try it , if you have never been here before, there are so many things in addition to this new appetiser that you need to get yourself acquainted with.Jim
