I ordered a $44.00 pan of Tips with sauce on the side in advance for a family gathering for 9/3/22 Saturday morning pick-up at 11:20 am. The tips were aweful. They looked like they were taken from the freezer and heated in the microwave. Light brown in color, no grill marks and very little flavor. My family and I were very disappointed. Not interested in ordering from there ever again.
I spent $103.40 and gave a tip for a pick up, 5 lunch specials and 5 combos of catfish and tips, I dont know where the hype reviews are coming from but the rib tips were like rubber the rest of the food was ok maybe 3 stars. But I will not order from here again the ribs were tough like it was yesterdays meal and who knows maybe it was.
Came into store on Lewis ave ordered two xl rip tips dinners the ribs where poorly chopped more bones than meat seem like they take 3 day old meat and try to drown them in sauce, and the fries are terribly under cooked and looked like they where dropped on the floor then cooked this place use to be top shelf not any more been coming for years not any more if you want tender ribs make them your self, customer service sucks always frowns on everyone faces, lost me as a customer for good. This place doesn't even rate one star, cant post without leaving at least one star.
I don't understand what communication barriers are in place that cause an order to be incorrect everytime but they always seem to mess up. We ordered a chicken dinner and a catfish dinner with sauce on the side and they proceeded to smother the chicken in sauce and did not include the fries or slaw. The employees will not greet you and seem rude. They also have a no refund sign so you are stuck with whatever mess they decide to give you.
