Worst experience. Haven't been here in 2 years and its definitely has gone down hill. First pizza was burnt, breadsticks were burnt, we were told they were out of pizza sauce so we couldn't order anything that required pizza sauce. Are you kidding me!

The food is delicious. We had cheese curds, wings, and pizza. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that seated us took our drink order was rude!! He asked what we would have to drink because they didn’t have drink selections on the menu, I said what do you have he said very rudely, “What do you want?” It was my first time there, I was visiting how did I know what they offered?! The young man that waited on us after that was very nice! The pizza crust was thin, bland crusty, the pizza had very little sauce.

We once liked this place but have since been most utterly disappointed. They added a 20% gratuity to our bills without disclosing it on their menu, telling us or even charging it in the past when we 've spent well over $100 each visit. Yes, we had a large party (10 adults including 2 small children) but in the past 3 visits, in the last 6 months they have never added such. We are civil and fair people and tipped accordingly in the past, I might add. Well, I called to speak with a manager/owner Dave about this situation because the waiter when asked said well, we get in trouble for not charging that and I had to organize tables and clean up First of all, I helped Dave get tables together and we tidied up when we left, stacked plates on empty pans etc. Secondly, the manager really argued with me in a rather disrespectful tone and even said the children made a big mess at one point, which was a flat out lie ! Picking up 3 or 4 baby puffs is not a big mess. Ultimately he said he was going to refund me when I informed him that it is also REQUIRED by law to disclose a 20 percent service charge . Yes, the bill said Service Charge and also had a gratuity line. Dave said upon hanging up he 'd Get right on it (our refund) ...yet apparently another lie. Well, that has never happened AND WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! Expect this business to fail in no time if they keep up the rotten treatment of customers. I feel bad for the wait staff working at such a place and an apparent disrespectful and dishonest owner/manager. Wow....really?

We were traveling thru and picked Doughboys based on what was listed in Google Maps. Stopped in on a Friday evening just in time for Happy Hour. Staff seemed pleased and greeted us so. Ordered Cheese Curds and Wings....both excellent! Pizza was delicious. Thin and crispy crust! Highly recommend!
