I always ask for tiffany axom to serve me when she works because she is an amazing bartender and waitress, so make sure that they ask for their particular when they visit. she always has a smile on her face and is so cheerful and has such a great know about the menu and can always make great recommendations! she is very attentive to my and my families need and never lets a drink dry! and dry. if they work the bar they have to get a drink (or three) because their skills are harmful! tap this baby well! she deserves it!
My friend treated me to dinner here. I love the new Orlean seafood plate with the tilapia and shrimp. Tiffany is an amazing server and that's coming from a former server! We're always well taken care of and request her section when we make it that way. Good food and great staff!
We were the only ones in the restaurant and everything was slow. I work in a restaurant, a diner more specifically. So I like to cut people some slack when I eat out. Everything was super slow. Food service anything we requested. Yes we were ask if we were happy and we said yes just to keep it moving. The place was dead silent could here every conversation In the building. Just us and the waitresses just staring at each other so didn't feel the need to express they sucked they looked like they wouldn't care regardless. Just me my wife and little boy ate mostly fried stuff (quick easy stuff to cook)
I enjoy the food here, however the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The sour smell is overwhelming. I feel like the staff and management may be use to it. Staff is nice, but if a place smells, it ruins the experience.
Beware read your receipt when you go to Ruby Tuesday in Waycross. We went there to eat on 9/24/22. We ordered our food and paid for it. The bill was 80.00. I read the receipt and the server had charged us for 2 items we didn't even order. When we brought it to their attention she said we would get a 40.00 refund certificate in my email. It's been a whole week and I have not seen the refund. I called twice and was given the run around. The store manager said she have to talk to the district manager. Still no refund. So please read your receipt.
