Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónJust very rude cashiers , need to rethink on your employees and how you manage. Either fire and rehire people or just shut down .. you shouldn't offer things to people if you gonna be rude first and for most , specially when your on the clock . ?
I have loved Fuzzy's since my grad school days and they have just been going downhill. Smaller portions and such an excessive amount of grease! Wasted product, because who is going to willingly eat food from a grease soaked bag? Not someone health conscious (yes, I'm aware it's faster food, but there has to be some standard). Please do better.
Always fresh and tasty. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Horrible service. Below average tacos.I first went there around 2012. The service was slow, some menu items, were unavailable, and the food was dry and flavorless. Tried it again in 2024. Another customer called us on the phone to let us know that our order was delivered to their home. The staff refused to promptly remake the order, refund the payment, or communicate at all. After an hour of waiting we had to leave and just dispute the credit card charge.
We arrived over an hour before closing time. We waited to place our order A staff person told us they are backed up and would be with us soon.After an extended wait someone came out and told us they are only taking online orders.She seemed totally unconcerned when I pointed out that we could've been told that before waiting for 10 minutes.We won't be back.
