Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe have chosen a bright, sunny day for lunch. that is amazing. high on a hill in the village of ötlingen, it boasts a magnificent view. this is worth the journey by itself. I chose a mixed salad for opener and the. brunette for the main thing. the salat had very fresh green and some grated and marinated root vegetables. dressing was creamy and very good. the drunk was a disappointment. portion size was correct, but the meat was very hard and dry. it came with very soggy brat potatoes, very good sour wort and two cooked kirsch tomaten. one in our party and the swarm fillet that passed the sensen, but it came with a flourish of very over boiled brokkoli. another had the mushroom soup, which was good, and the calfs were carved, which was also considered good. service was good and attentive, despite the restaurant was 90% full. reservations also recommended on a weekday. parking is somewhat limited. we will certainly be visiting for another, but expect nothing more than average eating for the opposite.
Like all the others we did enjoy the view over Germany, ch and frankly. portions are plentiful, we had lamb, that was tender and tasty, but buried under a tonne sauce and croquettes. coffee is nothing to sing. I would go back: for the...place and the worth for money: yes; for a gourmet dinner: no
As in previous reviews here at tripadvisor, which is hopeful. I thought here was a coffee and cold snack (swiss cheese and brot.) that was served fresh and fast. the service leaves much to wish. curt and dismissed. the staff let me stand at the entrance until I asked proaktiw where I could sit. all window seats were reserved, clearly not because the expected diner at 4:30 o'clock, but because they had already set the for the dinner service and had no motivation to let the guests sit there for only coffee and cake / snack. the fully enclosed terrace allows smoking! I refused to sit there, clear to the misfortune of the waitress. 15 minutes later they closed it because it is too cold everything that it appeared, they tried to turn as many guests as possible and succeed in counting a few. they come here for the sake of understanding and eating, not the atmosphere!
I love going here with my three children and my parents. The view is unchallenged, from Basel, to the Alsace, all the way up to the Jura. The food is good quality German-style. They provide the kids with drawing material and the service is very...friendly. Just enjoy it!
Like all others, we enjoyed the lookout about Germany, ch and france. the portions are plentiful, we had lamb that was tender and tasty, but was buried under a tonne sauce and croquettes. coffee is nothing special. I would go back: for the location and the price-performance ratio: yes; for a gourmet dinner: no
