Golden Phoenix

This restaurant serves the worst American Chinese food I've ever tasted. It was absolutely disgusting. Maybe it was good over 15 years ago, but not anymore. They are currently only offering takeout, possibly due to COVID concerns, but it seems more likely that they are just trying to save money by not reopening their dining area. The place also has a bad smell. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I don't think it should be allowed to serve food like this.

How does this restaurant stay in business? It's bad! Who are these Chinese people? Still stuck in their Chinese ways. They haven't been Americanized at all! If they were, their customer service would be much better. It's terrible. The food is mediocre at best; sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. The prices are decent for the quality of food you get. Would I recommend it? Maybe for one or two dishes, but most are not good. The customer service is poor and the language barrier is a problem. If the food improved, maybe you could overlook the bad service and communication issues. But for now, it's a tough experience to endure.
