Smashburger - West Chester Township

Smashburger has always been on my list to go for Burger and never disappointed her. The burgers are juicy and fresh. The Smashfries are delicious, not too salty. Try her milkshakes, it's delish. And this location is great, the employees are very polite

Calls for tenders. Friends were not a hit. Soggy too fast and cold. No one likes a cold tator!!! The sauces could use an upgrade. The same ranch a Bbq sauce not hit as before. Overall, I would go back, but would not recommend the Fritten. The tasty fries could be the movement they saw amazing

Food was excellent, but we came on a very busy day and waited for 30 minutes for our food. The problem was our food was wrongly charged as they had a special one they did not honor. When I asked the cashier why he didn't give me the price he said because I didn't ask for the deal. Retraining is probably in the best interest of the company if they do not want to lose customers. When they went out our food, I asked to talk to the manager. She came out and I explained what happened and the employee who took our order did not even offer to fix the price. She was very friendly and repaired it immediately.

This burger was the absolute best. I will definitely be coming back. The person taking my order could definitely benefit from some customer service training but everyone else working at this location was great!

Staff is super friendly. Food was amazing and satisfying.. it's a really nice store to sit down with the family for.. I would recommend checking them out..... when you come throw the door you will feel very welcome with staff that have smiles on there face ?
