Firehouse Subs Lexington Medical Center

I got a club, it was supposed to have bacon on it.. it didn’t. I ask for mustard 3 times. I never got it.

Parking: Parkingbcan be difficult at times since it's a small space for other businesses as well.

Have always wanted to try a Firehouse sub restaurant but the aren't any around where we live. So when we were on vacation and saw one we tried it and we're not disappointed. I had the pulled pork coleslaw on Hawaiian bun. It was so delicious. My husband had an Italian and was very happy with his also.

I haven’t even received my order yet to rate the food but had to rate the person taking my order; she was VERY friendly and professional!!

Wrong food contacted them said they were writing it down to replace it. When went for replacement employee did not write it down and they would not replace it. Corporate office was off no help. Wasted time and money on sorry food and attitude!
