Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis is by far the worst experience I've had at a Little Caesars, and in fact, it's the only bad one I've encountered. First off, even after spending over $20, they wouldn't honor the free pizza offer, which was irritating but acceptable. I ordered the deep dish, my usual choice, and typically, every location makes them thick as they should be. However, this pizza was about the same thickness as their regular pizza—maybe half an inch at best. I could have just saved my money and ordered the regular. It was like having a thin-crust deep dish for the first time! As for the Crazy Bread, it was terrible—thin, small, hard, and excessively salty. I ended up tossing it in the trash. This location has really let me down, and I won't be ordering from them again.
To sum it up, the Crazy Bread was terrible—thin, small, hard, and excessively salty. I ended up throwing it away. This restaurant is a major letdown, and I won't be ordering from them again.
I have no complaints about the food since I appreciate that this restaurant offers affordable meals for those in need. If you have young children, you'll probably find yourself visiting here at least once a week, as I do. However, I've noticed that the pizzas are no longer served hot and fresh like they used to be. When they do arrive hot, they are often undercooked and soggy. It seems they are now only making pizzas upon request, which can lead to a lengthy wait time (as shown in the photo). I hope they can enhance their service for their loyal customers.
I ordered pizza at 9:50, and I noticed that the young Spanish girl with short black hair was handling the pizza boxes while also talking on her phone. With so many viruses going around, it's really important to be careful! Please do your job properly; no one wants to get sick!
I won't criticize the food because I truly value the existence of a restaurant that provides affordable meals for homeless individuals. When you have young children, this place becomes a regular stop, at least once a week in my case. I've noticed that the pizzas are no longer "Hot and Ready." If you do manage to get them hot, they're often undercooked and soggy. They don't seem to be available as they used to be. Now, they make them on demand, which has resulted in a comically long line (as shown in the photo). I hope they can address this issue for the sake of their loyal customers.
