I have to admit that I usually avoid this McDonald's and would rather have breakfast elsewhere than risk the incompetence of this particular location. However, a family member insisted on going to McDonald's today for breakfast. For reference, here's what we ordered: a bagel with cream cheese, a hashbrown, a coffee, and a McGriddle. Here's what happened: we placed our order, paid, went to pick up our food, and were asked to move along with ten other vehicles to wait for our food. After waiting for 15 minutes, we watched as vehicles behind us received their orders before us. Eventually, we received our food, which was naturally cold. The bagel and hashbrown were correct, but there was someone else's breakfast sandwich in our bag. I went inside to speak to the manager, who was apologetic but could not explain why this happened every time. I spoke to two other customers who were also waiting for their drive-thru orders and they shared similar experiences, stating that they prefer A&W because they get their orders right and faster. I understand that mistakes can happen at McDonald's, but I can't comprehend how this happens every time I visit this location. Incompetence is the best word to describe this subpar fast food restaurant. The management should consider shutting down this location.
So I ordered from this mcdonald’s 6 times in the last two 3 months and not even I got what I ordered as today I ordered a big Mac meal for my wife she had a huge nasty hair in her bug and. she asked for an icy tee got sprit, yes she gave me my money back, but his thing I would never go back or from this mcdonald’s ever again we go
The western kelowna macdonaldt again. this time we went through the drive thru and it was actually worse than before. the personal is guided by the management to take the payment, to give drinks and to ask the customers to prefer; they demand that they run out their food in 2 or 3 minutes. I've been on this road before, and this experience was worse today than previous visits. How does that even happen? there must be purpose, there is no other explanation. I do not visit this restaurant that often because it is a clear lack of care from each of the staff. this place is badly managed and badly occupied. look at the rest of the reviews to see that this is a common event. We stopped for a couple of coffees on our way to Penticton and they came quickly and were made perfectly. The staff was friendly. This place can be inconsistent depending on the staff and time of day, but today they got it right.
