The french fries was cold and I asked for ketchup and they didn't give me none and the hamburger meat was cold and they put a ton of mayonnaise on it when I asked for mustard and ketchup.
Staff never opens doors on time for inside or drive-through. If you’re at the door or drive-through, even if it’s 30 minutes after opening or an hour, if they don’t feel like getting up, they won’, they will just stare at you as if their brain cannot fathom what’s going on. Same goes for refills or orders at the counters. It’s as if they are unable to do anything other than stand at the window of the drive-through. It’s infuriating Empathetic show of management.
Worse wait times in drive thru ever experienced. Not to mention the horrible customer service at drive thru. Whoever works the 9 pm shift in Sunday July 7th can't even comprehend how to work at a drive thru. Get new staff
Not only was my burger completely wrong, but the manager on shift was a grown older man just going in on and yelling at the younger window worker woman. Mind you, with the window open and everything, but I could’ve heard him even if it was closed. Insane how any adult in a managerial position is comfortable yelling at anyone. So yeah, needless to say, I wasn’t very comfortable going and asking this same individual to remake my burger, nor will I return to this Burger King again.
