Chipotle Mexican Grill - West Knoxville

First time here. Chicken Al Pastor was on Fire (Hot stuff!

I have visited this store many times. On every visit it is completely dirty and trashed. The staff is so unfriendly. They took over 20 minutes to restock all containers with a line of at least 15 people. The person cooking the chicken wasn’t even paying attention to the food and when it was flipped it was completely burnt. Every visit they are out of guacamole. This visit they were out of guacamole and mild salsa. They said the manager was making more guacamole but it would take at least 30 minutes then it would take 40 minutes to make salsa. The to go order station had plenty of guacamole and salsa but they couldn’t use that even though they were making more. No orders were even coming in. The girl was just standing around. Many employees were doing nothing to make sure the place was stocked and cleaned. This was during the busy dinner rush. This store is just falling apart. They really need to consider hiring new employees and replacing the manager. I travel for work and eat at several locations and non of them have ever looked like this store. With the prices we are paying to eat here, the food should be stocked and fresh. The tables and work area should be clean. The employee was wearing gloves and was refilling all the containers, going in the back and touching the walls and doors. When he came back he wasn’t even going to change his gloves until someone said something. This is very unsanitary. Also the girl that was running the register was also wearing gloves and handling money then went over and started touching the cheese and lettuce without changing her gloves. This store needs a major clean up from staff to actually cleaning. This was the best chipotle 2 years ago.. The reviews below are all about the same. This is by far the worst Chipotle in East Tennessee. You need to do better to keep business.

No onions and peppers at a Mexican restaurant is a travesty. Do better Chipotle

Been to this chipotle a few times and every time it has been my worst chipotle experience. Missing ingredients, brown guac, small portions, all tables are filthy. This chipotle needs an attitude adjustment.
