Cafe Brunelli Westlakes

My booking from the app was not transmitted to Cafe Brunelli west lakes VERY DISAPPOINTED they blamed you this is not the first time using your app, with the same result

Food wad great we all enjoyefed it but food waiting time was a long time we had to go to a person to ask but we were just told coming. ...............

The only thing I could pick, would be that the condiment shaker on our table had no salt in it, no biggie, we just got one from an empty table. Otherwise, the food was delicious and served in a timely manner.

Apparently this online booking service doesn’t work so Brunelli’s didn’t have a reservation for us. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. I asked the staff why they have this link and they didn’t know. I asked if they were going to review it and they (3 staff at the counter) all became quite dismissive. Food was good but all the meals came out at different times (last 3 quite delayed). Staff appeared very bored serving meals.

The breakfast at Royal Queens was the most beautifully presented breakfast we have ever had! It may sound like a bold statement, but just take a look at these photos! The salmon was delicately arranged to resemble a rose, the balsamic dressing was paired with feta cheese and lovely edible flowers on top of the bernaise sauce, and the roasted cherry tomatoes were a perfect addition. The eggs and spinach were cooked perfectly and served on a bed of fresh smashed avocado and gourmet toast. We even went to the kitchen to personally congratulate the chef, who was rightfully proud of his work. Overall, a truly exceptional breakfast experience.
