Kfc - West Monroe

I called a few minutes ago to let them know that I had a tonsillectomy four days ago, and that just thinking about food has been difficult. I specifically mentioned gravy as a craving. The staff was so kind and supportive! Their warmth was a refreshing change from what I've experienced elsewhere. I'm grateful to the team in West Monroe, Louisiana! Even though it was close to closing time, they served me with such joy and happiness! God is good, always! I could only eat about a quarter of a cup, but I'm so happy! I can't wait until I can enjoy their pot cake again!

The manager went above and beyond today. I was waiting for my order, and they made sure to check on me even though it wasn't a big deal.

I went through the drive-thru, and as always, the staff was very friendly. It was a great experience!
