I imagine when they first opened their food was very good but my experience both times were terrible. The prices definitely don’t match the quality of the food. The food looks and smells so good but the taste is off. My mother got jerk chicken rice and collard greens and threw her platter out. I had fried fish, baked Mac, collard greens, sweet potatoes and corn bread. The fish fry fell off the fish, the fish tasted freezer burnt. The greens tasted like they cooked it in sugar, the Mac and cheese had no flavor the sweet potatoes were decent though and that corn bread was just terrible. It just seemed as though they didn’t care, no love whatsoever in their food. They wouldn’t eat it themselves. Save your yourself, save your money.

I ordered ribs, mac and cheese with two sides of yams. The pork ribs were outstanding, cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I would give them a 10. The sweet potatoes, on the other hand, were lacking. The initial bite was tasty, but there was an overwhelming amount of cinnamon that made it difficult to eat more than a few bites. I would rate them a 3. The mac and cheese was a disappointment, with overcooked noodles and a bland cheese combination. I would give it a 1. Unfortunately, my order of cornbread was missing. Despite the shortcomings, I would definitely order the ribs again and give the yams another chance on a different day. However, I will be skipping the mac and cheese in the future.

The customer service was outstanding and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. The restroom and dining area were very clean, and the food was terrific! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the fish was cooked just right. I highly recommend this place, 10/10! Food: 5/5.

Collard greens tasted like dirt literally like they were not washed before cooking and the rice was kind of hard and and the Mac and cheese was not really good and they forgot my corn that we paid extra for?Food: 2/5
