I typically don't have issues with this Wendy's but when I got home I found this severely under cooked hamburger. Crossing my fingers the one bite that I did take doesn't come with a side of food poisoning. Tried to go back with the proof and ask for a refund and was told I should come back tomorrow. I want my money back please.
Edit: Adam made this experience better after my second call back. So I am giving you a 4 star!!! Horrible customer service. Everyone is going through something but being disrespectful to your customers isn't okay especially when the mistake was yours.
I made an order on the mobile app. the author argued with me, although I gave them all infos. I won't be back. I've never been interrupted by an almost food worker until today.
Eat is good. the service is slow. they will have no one in register for 10 minutes at a time. Last visit I saw that 2 groups go because nobody commanded.
