Dunkin' - West View

Never get the same taste twice. Understaffed. Anthony the manager is unrelentless, always there holding the place together. Wish they had consistency with their drinks

We went to Dunkin' in West View Plaza, Friday June 24th @6am. The you d lady who was there was COMPLETELY ALONE. She was making drinks, cooking food, taking orders... She was doing everything!! The poor girl looked so defeated an so stressed out. However,she did not miss one thing on our $40 order. Every item was correct. We did have a pretty extended wait time, but she told usthat ahead of our order. I gave the girl every bit of cash I had in my pocket and told her to stay strong. She is clearly adedicated employee and deserves to be recognized!!

Here tonight at 1815 clock 12/13/2022. all employees sat in the branch front, who refused to serve customers, or to recognize commercial customers. doors were unlocked, light was all up, but no service yet. I waited for 20 minutes and didn't get where I left. Perhaps they should do at this point what was done at the innocence that was in the adjacent amount. do you know that?

For the first time in a past there was no line around 8:20 in the round. they have been through so quickly, but they gave me a cold little hot chai tea and forgot to use mandelic milk instead of regular. just disappointed.

I'm not sure why the service at this location is consistently poor every time I visit. The staff are unfriendly and seem to ignore customers waiting to place their orders. I don't come here often, but each time I do, the experience is the same. This will likely be my last visit to this location.
