China Garden - Westbury

The customer service is no joke but the food is amazing. Don?t call unless you know what you want and you?re ready to order, they are super busy and will be impatient. The slushees are sooo good, try the mango with lychee jelly. The food is always wellcooked and tasty, I haven?t had a bad meal from them.

I've purchased chicken wings here twice, and on both occasions, they were overcooked and dry.

China Garden is the best Chinese restaurant in Westbury. The staff treats you like family, making you feel very welcome, and their kindness matches the deliciousness of their food. We've sampled several dishes, but our favorites are the chicken and broccoli and the shrimp and broccoli, paired with chicken wings and a Pepsi on the side!

I used to have this restaurant deliver to me, but suddenly they claim they've never delivered to Hicksville, which is the town right next to them. I have menus and receipts to prove it, but they were indifferent and rudely dismissed me, hanging up the phone on a loyal customer who has been visiting them for years. This is very disappointing and rude. With so many Chinese dining options available, you would think they would value their customers more.
