Froyo - Westfield

Love this place! It’s usually busy so there can be a wait but the kids working here do a great job. I like that they change a lot of flavors each week so you can have something new. I love the homemade icecream sandwiches, definitely out favorite

Me and my wife Tatiana came here for a late night froyo, and you will not be able to fathom what monstrosity was bestowed upon us. I find it hard to imagine it being called FROYO, as the selection ranged from vegan pineapple to tart whatever, and no chocolate vanilla froyo swirl in sight. Not to mention, strawberry??? One of Americas classic flavors derived from our rich history. The young lady working the counter looked at me like I roundhoused her grandmother when I questioned their selection. She proceeded with an aggressive stance, her eyes widening, teeth gritting, and face growing hot. My wife Tatiana was in tears at first bite, of her half soft serve and half froyo, as all the machines were malfunctioning. Is this what my tax dollars are going toward? Will not be returning, thanks A LOT FROYO.

Their froyo sucked. The chocolate brownie flavor I got was watery tasting and lacked flavor and creaminess. I was also disappointed to realize when I got there that it’s not self serve. The flavor options were lacking, and most, if not all flavors were nonfat or fat free. They didn’t have a great selection of toppings either. The person working there asked if I wanted a lid after she had already put on one, and I didn’t really have a choice at that point even though I didn’t want a lid.

Love this place and my dog Taz loves it even more! We go there all the time and the staff is super fabulous. We were there last night (when they were super busy) and Sofia and Alex couldn't have more friendly, helpful, patient and quick with taking care every customer. The Frozen Yogurt (and staff) both excellent!

Come at least 1-2 times a week, always later at night after work. Today they started to close @9:40 and told teenage girls in front of us they were closed. When we asked why they got nervous and let us in. Feel bad for the young girls who wouldn’t stand up for themselves. Ice cream is always good, the young staff are often rude rolling eyes when asking for multiple flavors along with today closing early. One time, a guy was in the back curtain with a girl while there was a huge line. Maybe needs a manager on duty
