Adriatic Fisheries - Whangarei

I have just eaten the most beautiful snapper and fries from Adriatic Fisheries. I very rarely post reviews but honestly this was so good. You could tell the snapper was fresh with a gorgeous crispy thin batter and the chips were equally good with clean tasting oil. I would highly recommend Adriatic Fisheries, cheers

I just want to make a huge 'hell yeah ' shout out to the staff at Adriatic fisheries! This place is my go to fish and chip shop now. The staff are so bubbly polite and happy. The food is a and the attitude tops the charts of rating! Keep it up guys you rock

We brought our own fish to be cooked, and we had a good feeling about the place even before we arrived—and we weren't disappointed! The next day, we picked up a smoked mullet for lunch, and it was simply perfect. The flavors are wonderfully traditional.

The fish was exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared. We had the best fried oysters we've ever tasted, and the smoked mullet was outstanding. The staff at the counter provided excellent service! I can't wait to return.

This is how food should be! The fish was incredibly moist while still having a nice crunch. The kumara chips were fluffy and incredibly crispy. The egg added a great touch to the dish. Everything here is excellent value, and I will definitely be returning soon!
