The flavor of the food is not that authentic Bolivian, but I understand ingredients might differ a little here. What I don’t understand is how come the silpancho can be served burned and with a taste that either could be that they used old meat or old oil. The peanut soup was okay but the potatoes were tasting old too. However, their service is good.
