The Chalet and Clubhouse at the Fairmont Golf Course

The dinner lasted over 2.5 hours because they ran extremely behind. I had to ask 3x to get a piece of bread for my baby. we have booked the dinner at 6:30 because we eat in the rule in an hour, then it is bedtime for the baby. But we did not leave the restaurant until 9. drinking came wrong. Sweat soup was extremely oily and barely swirl or cheese. käsefondue was great. meat fondue was terrible my man ordering a side of seafood to eat as I did not, then they gave us only a pan to cook all dif meat, of course the red meat tasted like fish with both. absurd! chocolatefondue was decent. I asked for a guaranteed money for my baby, they gave me a nice piece. everything was not right.

Always delicious with great atmosphere! I have to say this year was better than ever. larger plate, better tasting. the chef is incredible! to next year hopefully!!!

What a wonderful and unique experience. The clubhouse is a picture perfect little chateau a short drive up the road from the lovely fairmont hotel. Jimmy our driver from the fairmont was super sweet to us and as we walked into the beautifully decorated chalet it was lightly snowing making it a perfect night for celebrating the holidays. We were greeted by many smiling friendly faces as we were guided to our table. So super cozy inside the dinning room and our waitress was fabulous! We decided on the steelhead as we are percatarians which was delicious and the waitress suggested the perfect australian white wine. Simply a remarkable and memorable experience. To make it even better the driver from the hotel came to pick us up and even dropped us at our hotel in whistler village. I would highly recommend this dinning experience for anyone who likes to try new places but especially during the holidays as its so quaint and picturesque.

Amazing every time! The fondue experience is excellent and keeps us coming back every year! Wonderful staff and a magical setting.
