Jamba - Whittier

Hey everyone! Did you know that Jamba Juice now offers plant-based smoothies? I always thought they already had plant-based options. I wonder if that means their previous smoothies weren't made with real fruit or veggies, or maybe they weren't organic before (some people speculated that their produce was just sugar). Either way, their new plant-based smoothies are definitely worth trying out.

The employees here at the Jamba Juice in The Whittwood Town Center go above and beyond expectations. I was running late to pick up an order :I placed online because of work, and a Gentleman with a very unique name starts with an M) was ever so kind tomake me a brand new drink. I will be coming to this location from now on. So kind, great customer service and their drinks andfood are A+ quality.

The only size cups available are smalls. They were out of many ingredients which really limits choices. For example, they didn't have pineapple or pineapple juice, yet they are in the same parking lot as a grocery store. An employee could go to thegrocery store and pick up what they are out of. This is very poor customer service.

I placed my order in advance and there was a disgruntled woman because I received my drink before her. However, Alexis, the cashier, handled the situation with expertise and ensured that my experience at the restaurant was worthy of a perfect 5-star rating. Not only are there friendly staff members working there, but they also sell high-quality drinks. I will definitely be returning again, thanks to Alexis!

I entered the wrong line by mistake at the restaurant. The employee noticed me, understood that I was ready to order, and instead called someone behind me to take their order. Feeling ignored and unappreciated, I decided to leave as I perceived her behavior as rude. It would have been better if she had simply communicated with me and my group instead of ignoring us.
