Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIf you’re looking for authentic, this isn’t it. But if you are wanting a genre of food that doesn’t need to be “real”, then this can easily be your jam. What I liked:Friendly environment and staff. In fact I’m pretty sure that this was the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while with the cooking staff facing right at the front door the whole time welcoming the customer or thanking them as they left. This part I definitely tipped for, the people working were great. I put three for service only because there was one server and she couldn’t keep up with demand. I had been waiting for a check for a half hour, I didn’t not blame her at all and still tipped well. What I didn’t like:I’m a big foodie and live mom and pop places, and I guess I didn’t realize I was going into more of a chain restaurant when I stepped in so bear with me. If chain restaurants are what you like, then ignore the following. 1. The noodles are just like what you get from a ramen noodle packet, the same wax covered, low grade noodles. 2. Their gyoza are only served fried because they pull them from a freezer and just splash them into a deep fryer upon order. 3. Everything is overpoweringly salty. 4. Everything is already made and either heated up from a frozen state or is put into water to bring back its life.Again, I may be judging too harshly because this kind of restaurant isn’t my jam. Mom and pop places like T&K Kitchen just down the street from this location is MUCH better for someone like me. So if you are looking for a genre of food and don’t care about it being fresh, go to Taki Ramen, the staff is great. If you’re looking for good food made from scratch, go to T&K Kitchen.
Great food, atmosphere and service. I was seen in a timely manner, and the staff was very attentive and made sure everything good. I would highly recommend dining here.
Best place I went in Wichita falls over the two weeks I was there. I love Ramen, and this place hit! The staff was friendly and the food was quick. The beers were big and cold.If I come back to Wichita Falls I will go back to get some Taki Ramen.
Overall, it was a great place to enjoy delicious ramen, appetizers, all food and drinks ? ?
Since I’ve seen so many restaurants go downhill in the Wichita Falls area, I’ve decided to give credit where it’s due and give this establishment 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could. I’ve dined in before and have never had a bad experience, but I mostly order to-go. Every to-go order is hot and fresh. Sometimes I’ll order ramen, sometimes I’ll order a rice bowl. No matter what I order the food is full of flavor and just the right temperature. Plus they always have the order ready when I arrive to pick it up, I never have to wait and I live right next door to this place. I do agree that it’s a little pricey, but you never have to worry about being disappointed. I always get exactly what I pay for. So I order from this place at least once a week. Thank you Taki Ramen for exceeding my expectations. I was born and raised here in Wichita Falls and this is the best restaurant we’ve ever had in this town.
