Food was just good enough? staff needs more training? our waitress was good but I believe they just need more help? it really wasn?t that busy, the staff just needs more training. There were several empty tables but because the way they were scattered.They were not ready for bigger crowds, which kids eat free on a Friday night. They need to be ready?

Came for dinner during an off time. Like 7:15. There were only 4 other tables. After 55 mins, we still hadn?t received our order or our drinks. When we finally received our drinks, they were wrong. Used to always received great service from this CarlosO?Kelly?s, but not this time. I don?t think I will be returning to this one.

Predictably good food. I ordered a Family sized pasta Diablo and a side of Queso! It was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Came in an aluminum container, so reheating the next day was easy. Awesome stuff!

Ordered online thru door dash, I pick up food for myself. Get text food is ready go to restaurant have to wait to 10 min for someone to Even come to the front to help me was not busy! Get back to work which isn't but a mile away food is cold chips arestale! I try to call only to get recorded message push 2 to speak with someone and then automated system says goodbye and hangsup! Not good for business at all, have never had an issue with location but after this I won't go back! Why did I pay so muchonly to have to reheat my food

Waitress was very friendly and able to answer questions quickly about the menu. Food came out in a timely manner, hot and was arranged nicely. Good portion size.
