When I was a boy in England.. my Uncle Ron who lived in the US came to visit. He bought me a bbq, I said what is it? He said ‘Do you know what a Hibachi is boy?!’ That was 30years ago.. fast forward to today and I drive by and see Hibachi Boy! I’m giving you 5stars even before I set foot on the property, just for your eternal existence.Get ready Wichita the REAL Hibachi Boy is coming!
Unfortunately, no stars was not an option. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. I swear the chicken was Anytizers from the freezer section. Fried rice was terrible, salty, too much garlic. Noodles were gross. Crab Rangoon was way off. Salty and too much garlic also. I took a few bites and am still regretting it hours later.
Used to be AMAZING. New ownership went ahead and changed that. AND they started adding jalapenos to their General Taos chicken? The CUCASITY. Noodles taste like playdough now. It's all just....BAD.
Food is great. However the customer service is terrible. They forgot to add the shrimp as ordered they their website. When I called they claimed that they were 100% sure they had put the shrimp in the box. The only way to get a refund was to come to back to the store to get a cash refund on an order that was paid via credit card. This goes against credit card terms and conditions as well as general account practices which mandate that refunds are processed via the original payment method. As you can see…there is no shrimp.
