No sign saying lobby is closed but they said in drive through its on the bottom, it's not, I looked thoroughly before going to the drive through, thinking how dumb, we getting tired of going to the door not knowing we fixing to wait forever in drive thru. Why someone gotta lie though and say their is a sign saying lobby closed??
Some things need to change with the idea that the customer is always right at this specific location! Especially when the employees are admitting it and all they can say is Sorry, there 's a glitch in the system. Our 3 SUBS, yes only 3 SUBS from SUBWAY, were ordered an hour in advance but the entire purchase was ignored until we arrived. They were supposed to be ready by 6:35 and didn 't leave with food until almost 7. On top of that, they advertise if you order online, it 's buy 2 foot longs and get one free. We ordered 3 sandwiches an hour ahead and were charged FULL price for all 3! We will not be back after multiple issues at this location ever again. Sad that I now have to drive further just to receive decent service.
Great service but don't order more than 4 unless you have cash
Are sandwiches very good staff was nice would eat there again
