Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was a really mid level experience. I feel the wait time for my food was longer than necessary. I've been to Korea and truly enjoyed some great food from the country and thought I would be getting some close in comparison but I was little disappointed in the food that I received. I got Garlic Soy, Honey Chicken, fried rice and some dumplings. There was nothing special about the food that I ate. More crunch needs to be added to the chicken. Food was hot, packaged well, and customer service was good. Fried Rice was delicous. The dumplings were good as well.
So my wife and I got 20 wings and a order of fries. $50 later, I have regrets. Fries were not hot, and chicken was not fresh. As long as we had to wait, we should have gotten fresh chicken and not old refried chicken.
My boyfriend and I came and had a fantastic time!! So good! The people working there were very kind and the food was so delicious. We tried their mochi donuts and they were very so very yummy. Will be recommending to my friends.
Food and service was excellent. We ordered tteokboki which had great flavor, wings were so crunchy and crispy. Japchae was tasty. The server was patient and was happy to answer any questions about the menu and tolerated my butchering of the Korean language.I took off a star for ambience. Plastic sheeting from the lockdown days and lots of inventory on display.
Best kept Korean food secret in Williamsburg, but you need to go! The family who owns it had to pair with CM Chicken after covid hit (ok, still a delicious outcome), and now I think they switched to 92 Korean Chicken, which I haven't tasted yet.I'm all about the Korean chicken, but it's the traditional staples that always bring me back for more with Bonanza. The depth and spice of the tteokbokki sauce on those rice cakes? Ya killing me! And I always get the japchae. Well-seasoned bulgogi, delicious noodles and veggies, and who doesn't love sticky rice AND noodles in one dish? They had to take a few traditional dishes off the menu after covid, because they just weren't doing enough business. Which is a tragedy, because their food is so good and they're a such a nice family. I hope our community continues to support small restaurants like them!
