I was there on 9/1 approximately 4:00-4:30. The young lady that was working (sorry didn't look at name) was completely alone in the front end, working counter and drive thru. Yet stayed friendly and professional . She definitely deserves some regonition.Her attitude and pleasant persona will make you return. . I think you should be proud !
The food at this restaurant is usually excellent. The staff is a mix of enthusiastic and eager to leave. The only downside is the service, as I have often been ignored while standing at the counter, staring directly at a staff member without receiving a greeting. Customer service is a bit lacking, although there are a few standout staff members who provide exceptional service. The district manager is frequently seen working hard in the restaurant. Overall, the food is delicious and consistently fresh. Once you are acknowledged, the service experience is generally good.
The restaurant in Williamston was extremely slow even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Winterville location is a disaster, with poor service and a terrible drive-thru experience.
We really enjoyed the ice cream at this restaurant, but they accidentally forgot our order and served four people in front of us before realizing their mistake. It happens, but overall it's still a good place to eat.
