We love Little Caesars. It 's a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3 good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase Iexpect it to at least be the same as it 's always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you bettergive it 30 some. I 've waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand thecashiers aren 't making the pizzas, but I 'd appreciate an It 's taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it outas soon as we can or something! Instead they 've been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand assume they 'reso untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed downthe drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers.
Literally just left this location, came in with my princesses right before close and was assisted by Tim. The customer service was top notch! Usually when you enter a restaurant right before close, the employees make you feel a little uncomfortable butthere were nothing but smiling faces, wonderful customer service and amazing food. Thank you Tim for being GREAT! ??
SHOUT OUT to Patrice! Hopefully I spelled her name correctly! She was a true leader in the kitchen. We watched her calmly handle lazy workers with grace and elegance. She takes real pride in any arena she finds herself in. She blessed us more thanshe knows. Our daughter and my husband were both having an emotional day and she really touched us. Thank you more than youknow! Food was hot and tasted amazing as well!
Food was hot and fresh and right on time due to manager Tim. I was trying to order pizzas for a lunch event but had a miscommunication on the phone. I called back to discuss this with a manager ... Tim answered, was extremely nice and considerateof my feelings. He took my order with gusto and genuine concern for my customer satisfaction. We picked up or order on the dayof the event ... Perfect service. Hot Pizza. Lunch was a success! Thanks Manager Tim.
