Little Caesars Pizza - WILLIAMSTON

By car thru, ordered a pizza and a bread stick. The food was good. The employee told us the waiting period was 25 minutes. It actually took bout 45 and the order was wrong.

We love Little Caesars. It 's a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3 good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase I expect it to at least be the same as it 's always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you better give it 30 some. I 've waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand the cashiers aren 't making the pizzas, but I 'd appreciate an It 's taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it out as soon as we can or something! Instead they 've been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand assume they 're so untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed down the drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers.

Literally just left this location, came in with my princesses right before close and was assisted by Tim. The customer service was top notch! Usually when you enter a restaurant right before close, the employees make you feel a little uncomfortable but there were nothing but smiling faces, wonderful customer service and amazing food. Thank you Tim for being GREAT! ??

Ever since Little Caesar's changed locations in Williamston to the new building they built, they do not answer the phone! I have called several times an hour before closing time (and sometimes earlier than that) and no answer! Two of the times they did answer on another occasion, I was hung up on! Tonight I called at 8:13pm (Sunday they close at 9pm), no answer. So I then put the order in the app (8:15pm)...after wasting more time and typing in all the debit card info, it then says I cannot order at this location. Hope it didn't still charge me--not that they're expensive. Honestly this was always our go-to when we needed something quick and easy (there are not a ton of options close by if you end up skipping out on cooking yourself last minute) but apparently not any more.

Tried calling to place order ahead of time and phone was off the hook. This was at 9:15. Pulled up 9:45 and door was locked. I asked y they closed early they said they close at ten. Horrible employees. Need to get rid of every one and start new.
