Taco Bell - Wilmington

The staff at this restaurant seem to lack professionalism. They seem to prioritize using their phones over their responsibilities. I experienced a long wait for my pickup order, which was quite frustrating.

I believe they're doing their best with a pre-paid walk-up window and drive-in service. The drive-up process was efficient, and my order was accurate. However, the food wrapping could have been improved, as I had to reassemble my tacos once I got home. It seems like everyone is following good COVID hygiene practices.

I generally have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. They consistently get my orders correct, and the service is always friendly. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, my order was missing both hot sauce and napkins.

Overall, the food was amazing! The cinnamon twist could have benefited from a touch more sugar, though that might not bother everyone. I absolutely loved the Nacho Dorito Taco! I would give the entire meal a rating of 4.6 out of 5.

I placed my order at the drive-thru on Saturday, December 13th, and I was really impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff was both professional and polite.
