Olive Garden - Wilson

Olive Garden consistently offers a dependable dining experience for Italian food, regardless of location. However, at this particular restaurant, Payton truly stood out. She was patient, friendly, and attentive, making her an exceptional waitress. The food was excellent, and you won't regret choosing to eat here.

Excellent service! The General Manager, Tamara Hill, is incredibly personable, welcoming, and friendly. She has a genuine connection with both her staff and customers, which is rare and hard to find these days. Thank you for recreating the atmosphere that we all long for. A special thanks to our server, Sirrhysa, who is equally fantastic!

After waiting, my fiancé and I finally got seated and ordered our drinks. I chose the mango strawberry iced tea, which was exceptionally sweet with a strong mango flavor. We then ordered our meals—mine was shrimp scampi and my fiancé had chicken scampi. Unfortunately, the wait for our food felt very long; I almost dozed off! I don’t mean any disrespect to the restaurant or staff, but it would have been nice if the service had been a bit quicker. I realize that sometimes restaurants have to choose between speed and the quality of their dishes, and in this case, the food was cooked perfectly. The quality was amazing, and I would definitely recommend trying the Olive Garden at the Wilson location. However, due to the long wait times both in the lobby and at our table, I can’t give a full five-star rating. I’m giving it four stars until they find a way to improve the speed of service without compromising the quality of the food.
