I have always relied on this takeout place and it has always been great. However, under new management, I ordered the Chinese chicken curry and chicken in spicy sauce. Both dishes were very watery and had no flavor at all. Additionally, the kitchen was messy with dirty containers scattered all over. I am disappointed to say that I will not be ordering from here again.

We have been using this takeout service for a while now and never had any issues until recently. A few weeks ago, we ordered delivery and found the meal to be tasty but lukewarm. We initially thought it was a one-time problem. Last night (10/2/23), we ordered delivery again and were told it would take 45 minutes. However, the order was significantly delayed. After calling the restaurant and receiving an unsatisfactory explanation, we decided to cancel the order and request a refund. We were hesitant to leave a negative review, but after reading others' experiences, we felt it was important to provide feedback for potential customers and staff. It appears that there has been a decline in service, which is disappointing. While we have had positive experiences in the past, we will not be using this takeout service in the near future.

I was quoted a 45-minute wait, but when I called back after an hour, I was told it would only be an additional 5 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes and calling again, I was told it would only be 2 more minutes. When I mentioned that I was considering not paying the full amount due to the long wait, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff, who said they didn't care because they still get paid anyway. This experience was disappointing and I will be warning my family and friends to avoid this restaurant. To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, it was the wrong dish. I was too frustrated to bother complaining at that point. My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs.

We had: 1. Thai Green Curry rice 2. Sweet/Sour Hong Kong Chicken rice 3. Sweet/Sour Sauce with crackers ——— Our Review: 1. The Thai curry was flavourless with hardly any sauce. The chicken was hard chewy. The rice was ok. 2. The Hong Kong style chicken wasn’t nice to eat. It had thick over cooked batter, the chicken was dry stringy was hard to swallow. The sauce made my eyes water as it was like pure vinegar. The rice was ok. 3. Sweet/sour sauce had the right colour consistency but it tasted like a pot of pure vinegar. The crackers were oily. We’d never go there again.

DIABOLICAL ordered at 6.15 and still waiting at 8.45. Their staff lie saying it’s en route but isn’t, then called back and said the driver could not find the address (we live on a main town street impossible not to find). Food was average at best, the vegetable spring rolls were seriously just bean sprouts only!! Food was cold, tasteless and a HUGE disappointment. I won’t be ordering it again.
