Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónDo not be deceived Carrabba’s does not take reservations! they have put them on a pre-selection list that is one. I made a reservation and when I was there I was behind a series of other people on the call-for-list. no open table nor carrabba is honest here.
Although we had an open table reservation, we couldn't sit because their computer was down. to prevent us from choosing 30 minutes on cash seats. we were met by a warm server that was pleasant and eager to please. drinks were good: a cocktail and a glass of wine. mamas chicken soup was hit like the Caesar salad. the chicken bryan was good as my pollo pink. there would have eaten more if there was a hair in my first bite. I can handle it, my wife is not so much. the manager has been informed more by a pre-warning. I was entrusted with the escape. Remember, it's carrabbas, in which really good tasting eat too reasonable praises.
It took an hour to get our food and once we get it, it was probably one of the worse meal we had in a long time!
Appetizer was barely warm. Soup was hot but shrimp and pasta was not. Didn’t even get asked if we wanted dessert just brought the check. Manager brought bag for take home as server did not. Did finally get dessert which was ok
They lost our reservation and we had to wait 30 minutes despite tables being available.
