Pizza Pan - Winchester

This was an online order through there own website. Order confirmed at 6:51, received an email saying it was dispatched at 7:11. Phoned them at 7:50 as food had not arrived, was told it was on the way in 10mins time. Phoned them at 8:30, told it was on the way and would be with my in a minute or 2. Phoned them at 8:50, he proceeded to 'phone ' the delivery driver swearing down the phone. At this point I asked for a full refund. I was told I need to phone back on Sunday (2 days later) to get the refund. First and last time I will ever use this place.

Claimed they were open until 3 AM on weekends. We called at 11pm on Saturday and they said they were shut. Demonstrates clear laziness and no dedication to the companies promises. Pointless offer as the business is a clear waste of everyone’s time. Lazy people at this business

Pizza pan great service and most of all amazing food great pizza i like tock pizza with lots of chesse. the only halal place in winchester which sells halal pizza. Only problem is delieevry but other than tht amazing food i would reccomened

Ordered from here several times the pizzas have loads of toppings and better value for money than pizza hut or dominoes

Always quicker service than estimated, food is always hot and really nice. Doesn't cost too much and the deliverers are really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
