Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Windsor

I travel 460 often most of the time when I do, I stop here. I got a chicken strip kids meal with onion rings a mini blizzard for my kiddo. They take 50 cents off the blizzard when getting a kids meal or you can get a cone. Parking is plentiful. There are gas stations galore nearby. The cops hide in that parking lot btw, so don't speed by or else. : My food is almost always fresh. I recommend them if you're hungry or in need of a quick treat.

Though we know these days Drive thru is one of the only options for us consumers, DQ seems to be doing pretty amazing at working us through the lines efficiently. The ordering process was easy enough, and the wait time was minimal. The staff member ringing us up was very friendly, and did a great job of getting us through the line and back on our way quickly.

Dairy Queens food is just like any other fast food place. Their ice cream and blizzards are soooooo good! for the most part the wait isn't bad. it's usually out within minutes. it comes out hot and tasty. I've had some bad experiences but afterwards they always make it up. Dairy Queen is also very family friendly. most of their places are decent sized and ready to serve you out and your family. I would definitely recommend going here if there's one near you.

After driving our from the woods, I had to stop for a bathroom break. Restroom was clean therefore it was beat to order a snack on the way to Va Beach. Dining area is also clean. Service was fast. So if you ever get lost in Windsor, stop by and grab a snack

I love this DQ. Even if your order is incorrect, they fix it right away. Most of the time the on-site managers double check the food but let's face it. Some orders get by.
