I absolutely loved my first visit to C V&H. We didn't know it, but this a minority owned business. The indoor decor is warm and beautiful, however, we chose...
I am pleased with this place every time I go. The food is always consistent. However, I have noticed the service changes sometimes depending on who you get. One night it wasn’t busy last week and no one checked on us over 30 minutes, we could have 1 bought more drinks or 2 left without paying because the lady didn’t know we didn’t check out by the Time someone else checked on us and apologized. The chef lady gave us water. I love the meat plates and cheese the selections are great. I used to get the beer on tap but I found a white wine I like since the beer selection is not many to choose, overall great ambience. On Saturday you have to get there by 7 to have a comfortable seat for jazz at 8:30
My office hosted an event here a couple of weeks ago and the service we received was fantastic. The planning process with Kelly was effortless on my part. After a couple of quick phone calls and emails, she was able to nail down our needs, plan the menu, and provide us with a reasonable quote. The day of the event everything was set up for us and looked amazing. The wait staff was Stephanie and Collin that night. They were friendly and extremely accommodating. Lori prepared the food and it was all delicious! We received several compliments from the attendees about the venue and food. I would definitely recommend this venue for catering or an event!
