Clutch Coffee - Winston-Salem

Walked in and was just standing at the front of the store while employees were having a great conversation in the back with each other in the dt area.After yelling to the back I was told the door was broken so they didn’t hear the chime when I walked in. When trying to order a drink the barista was recommending drinks but didn’t even know what was in the drinks. She did let me sample a drink but again told me the wrong ingredients.This was my first ever experience and I was actually excited to get a chance to try them out.

Angelica and Kara were really kind and very helpful with taking our orders. Marlena was great at making the drinks, the Irish Dream was amazing and the strawberry milkshake was perfect. The atmosphere was nice and chill, a great place to meet up with friends for a bit.

Clutch had become a staple in our household. The Electric Stardust is our go to drink, for energy and the coffee is better than the competition. Customer service is always on point as well. Angelica and Liz are a great combo and other individuals have been great as well. 10/10

OMG EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING!!! If it wasn’t for Angelica I would have probably been here only once but she was the reason I come say after day. The whole team is so amazing and so kind every time! I wish I could name drop everyone’s name but I’m not good with names: . Shout out to the whole team who carries this store on there backs you guys are absolutely amazing I love you all. Thank you for getting me though each week!

Yesterday the little blonde girl was amazing. Didn't catch her name, so sorry love. But this morning Angelica chatted her way into our hearts. I wish I lived closer. Great job ladies.
