Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to poor staffing. I had to wait a long time only to receive the wrong order. When I pointed it out, the staff member claimed it wasn’t her fault because they switched the person on the mic after I placed my order. To make matters worse, they then asked me to pay more even though I had already given my order 20 minutes earlier. The whole situation was confusing, and she was quite rude about it. I strongly advise against visiting this location when there are plenty of other options just a short drive away at the same intersection. I won’t be coming back here again.
Second time having to right a review about this place. Wish it could be a good one after tonight nope. Stopped by here on my home thought we give it another try. Pulled up to the drive thru a little bit after 11pm only to be told they are temporaryclosed due to be short staff. Why are you even open if thats the case? Getting paid to do nothing all night. This place hasobviously gone down hill and should just close down. I don't wish bad on anyone but you let us down a second time.
The food took an extraordinarily long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was stale and unappetizing. I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. I would like a refund.
The Big Buford combo was fantastic—just what I needed to start feeling better. They consistently deliver great food, and it always arrives quickly and hot.
My son loves Checkers and would eat there every day if he could. However, I've noticed that the quality of the food seems to have changed over time. Despite this, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, this is still a great place to go.
