Wendy's - Winter Garden

For was not hot and fresh and the drive thru wait time is to long for a place that is not that busy.Food: 2/5

I visited this location on 5/22. There was a girl working in the back and instead of making orders, she was sticking her gloved hand in the container that holds the apples for the salads and eating apple bits. She repeated this at least 10 times. Putting her nasty hand in the container that holds fresh food and then directly to her mouth over and over. She did not care in the slightest that she was in view of the whole restaurant.Not only that, but then she proceeded to start making a burger with the same glove that she was feeding herself with.Never coming here again. I get that things probably happen all the time behind the customer’s back, but if they show this little care in front of a customer, how unsanitary does it get when we’re not looking?

Surprised to see this place really going downhill. The kiosks to order were All broken down. One of the drink fountains were broken and they didn't have chili. Plus all the tables weren't clean. I just felt dirty in here and used to be my go-to. Now going to another FF in the area. More are being built as I type this.Food: 3/5

Why is the employee holding their dirty cell phone with the same gloves they make food with? Also, Literally every single time I get the spicy chicken it is overcooked and rubbery. Why is this so hard to get it right? And why do they forget silverware and sour cream every single time, how am I supposed to eat the sour cream and chive-baked potato?

I don't know what to say about this store. And I don't like to give negative reviews, but today is the day, it's been a long hot day for me and nd my helper and we have a couple more hours to go to be done with it. We stop by Wendy's for a bite to eat. As we approach the counter I see a young lady behind the counter looking towards the cooks and the line, the place isn't very busy and I assumed she was just waiting on an order for the drive-thru and just didn't see us at the counter. Apparently that wasn't the case she was actually calling for someone to come up and take our order. So out of the back this gentleman comes walking up to the register looking a little Bleak and a little tired, I said hello good evening how are you? He just gave me a look and said how may I help you, or what can I get for you something like that, no hi I'm fine good afternoon good evening nothing. He takes my order my helpers order and my payment gives me my receipt and walks away without saying another word. I shrugged it off and thought maybe he's having a bad day and went to wash up and get my condiments ready for my food. No one asked whether we were eating here or to go, and our food was ready and we were called to retrieve it by the letter B1 because once again you guessed it no one asked us a name for the order so that they could call us by name. (Again I guess we were lucky that it wasn't very busy and we were the only ones ordering food). They were in to-go bags and we were dining in. Again no biggie. And so were my biggie fries! They too were no biggie lol... And every little cold and Greasy. I just chalked it up to my day and how it was going so far. I hope things get better for him and as far as the other employees they appeared to be doing a great job. (Except for making sure the fries were fresh before going out) lol
