Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI am a loyal customer of their lunch buffet. I've noticed that prices have definitely gone up over the last two years, but I can't blame them for that. It's a lovely family-owned restaurant, and their food is consistently delicious. I always have a great experience there. It used to be just one woman handling the front, and she always did her best. I'm happy to see that they now have more staff to help out in the front, and everyone is very pleasant. We'll really miss China Chef now that we've moved.
This is my favorite restaurant in Orlando! The owner is exceptionally kind and works incredibly hard. The food is consistently delicious. They have always been very accommodating to my partner’s and my dietary needs, as we are vegetarian and vegan.
Having lived in Orlando for over 20 years, I've enjoyed my fair share of Chinese food. I believe China Chef offers the most consistent and fresh-tasting American Chinese cuisine in the area. He Sheng, located across the street, is also excellent. China Chef features a lunch buffet that prioritizes quality over quantity, yet still provides a wide variety of options. The chicken and broccoli dish is light and flavorful, without excess cornstarch. The mu shu pork is among the best I've had and isn't overloaded with sauce—actually, it includes vegetables! I haven't encountered any dish that wasn’t delicious. If you visit the lunch buffet, you'll get to sample chicken and broccoli, orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, salt and pepper pork, boneless spare ribs, chicken wings, Mongolian pork, fried rice, mei fun, lo mein, wonton soup, egg drop soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab Rangoon, green beans, white rice, and more. They even offer dessert!
Just left and it was awful. I ordered chicken wings and it was ****, they did not want to give me a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Save you money and spend it somewhere with good food and good service!!! The chicken veins was **** including the chickenmeat. When I told the server he told that how chicken supposed to look. I?ve been eating chicken for 21 years I know how acooked chicken look. Worse experience of my life!!!!!!
While I was in the restroom, I caught a glimpse of what the cook was eating, and it looked fantastic—light, fresh vegetables, and fish. I have no doubt it tasted great, but unfortunately, nothing like that was on the menu. I think it’s time for this place to get rid of the outdated, greasy, heavy American-style cuisine and start serving what they prepare for themselves. With only two other patrons while we were there, I believe this restaurant could attract many more customers by making that change.
