Dragon Bowl Ramen - Winter Park

This was my first time getting ramen from Dragon Bowl. I got it door dashed at first, i ordered the Red Miso. I’m plant based i was looking for something simple/spicy-which is normally easy for ramen spots. On the app it doesn’t state at all that there’s pork in the Red Miso bowl. So, naturally i call ask them about it. The female on the phone was very kind agreeable to my confusion at the mishap. I then spoke to the manager who at first annoyed me- mind you, today of all days i test positive for strep just want some spicy ramen .. anyway. At first he says “we’ve been making this for (x amount of years) no one has complained”, but right after that he did say that he wanted to make it right. which i respected (especially after growing up in the food industry working in this industry for so long). I ended up having to drive there for the replacement bowl which wasn’t ideal due to my illness living next to ucf, but still glad that they made it right accommodated me. The spicy vegetable ramen with tofu was delicious. The atmosphere was super cool, love the witty name the aesthetics decor from DBZ was a highlight. They’ve earned a new customer. Service: Delivery

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score. I highly recommend trying the Miso Soup and Takoyaki—they were both delightful. The service matched the quality of the food, with attentive and friendly staff making the meal even better. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. Don’t miss out on this gem!
