The manager was too busy and they couldn't give me a refund without the manager. What a joke. It's a much more detailed and longer story and of course there are two sides. At this location the managers are always right and it's a privilege for the customers to dine with them. READ THE DETAILE YELP REVIEW. I prefer businesses that value my business like Pappa Johns and Basils. They have a desire to make every customer happy. Waiting an hour for a pizza and the runaround for a refund normally would raise concern for most managers. Through all of this here was never any concern from the managers on duty. One manager happily gave my money back with no inquiry or discussion.
The meal was excellent with a great pizza and pasta offer. We had a new server who was friendly but a bit forgetful - she would ask if we needed anything but then forget to bring it unless we reminded her.
I had a frustrating experience with this pizza restaurant. I called today to inquire about my W2 form, as I had not received it. A crew member initially answered the phone, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager briefly spoke to me, only to inform me that they did not have the document in the safe and then passed the phone back to the crew member. When I inquired if there was a number I could call or if I could request a copy, the girl indicated that it was not possible. I asked to speak with the manager again, but the girl said the manager was unavailable. I decided to try calling the other pizza restaurant on Moye Blvd for assistance. The manager there was incredibly helpful and provided me with a contact number for my W2 form. The difference in customer service between the two managers was stark. The second manager was attentive and proactive in helping me, while the first manager seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It was clear that they did not prioritize resolving my issue, so it made me question their effectiveness as a manager.
I had a perfect thin and crispy Italian sausage pizza at this restaurant. Kevin provided excellent service. On May 14th, 2019, I came here right after visiting a family member. Alexis was incredibly friendly and ran the entire lobby with grace. Her kindness felt like a blessing from above.
The danger of the danger remains here. the first part is from 8 meters ago and we decided to come back and see if it was better. that wasn't it. see below. pizza always tastes old. they use to deliver in my neighborhood, but they changed that we are far away, but still I see past my road and still further away than I. Today 02/22/19 we come in the restaurant and they had dirty tables and a drink on the floor. we are here at 19:30 clock and we are going to 8:57 clock and the same 6 tables are still dirty and the same drink on the floor. we ordered 5 pizzas and only one was completely boiled and that is because it was a thin crust. the other 4 are a person pan and others are pan pizzas. the service was terrible. we had to ask for serviettes, cutlery and menus. we had to go 3 times after boxing. the pizzas they wanted to cook again are still under boiled. they have not offered a discount. they stay away from this place at every causal.
