Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. They happily cater to dietary restrictions, even if the item is not on the menu or sushi train. It was impressive to watch the chefs in action behind the sushi train, and they were very friendly to customers.
I used to love Sushi Bay when they first opened in Wollongong. However, my experience tonight was disappointing. There was no customer service at all, not even a greeting when we arrived. We were eager to order a lot from the menu, but it seemed like they weren't interested in taking our order. On the bright side, the food was still fresh, but unfortunately, some of our favorite items like the lotus chips are no longer available on the menu.
This restaurant has no customer service what so ever. You are simply expected to seat yourself and find the price list on the wall. The sushi itself was just soso.
This sushi train is not your average one. Jamie and his team are extremely friendly, and the fish is consistently fresh.
