Long story short the service doesn’t mirror customer appreciation. I was told today that they weren’t allowed to take 2 orders from one car. This was said to be the rule made by the owner. So after waiting at the window the cashier gave me the “take it or leave it”stance. I purposely made the 2 orders at the menu board to see, how they would conduct the situation. Like I thought they failed. $30 worth of chicken tenders and a headache. I had a similar experience a few weeks prior about substituting a side for a biscuit. They wanted to create an up charge for a downgrade ! So I went inside to make the second order for my son. We pull off and in the midst of going down Security Blvd. They didn’t put his strawberry biscuits in the bag ! So pressed for the cash but won’t make reasonable accommodations for the customers that they require so much of. I actually sat there and waited for this “employee” to do the right thing. We still ran the drive thru time up. So what difference did it make ? They won the battle but lost the war. 3 customers gone for trying to spend money. Make it make sense.
As of July 2023, since 2022 the Popeyes locations have been serving much smaller prices than they used to and raised the offices at the same time. Overall the customer isn't getting a good value. Lately I have repeatedly received thighs as small as wings. It's sad. To get the best value for your money if you have the time full out the survey on the neck of the receipt and get 2pcs chicken with purchase of a larger drink. So for about $4 you get something then is normally order much much higher. This is the only way to stretch your dollar with the small chicken pcs you get normally.
The drive thru line moved quickly and they were very friendly. Chicken was hot and it was an overall nice experience. Thank you for including polite customer service.
12/12- ChECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE . THEY ARE BACK TO SHORTING YOU ON WHAT YOU PAID FOR AKA STEALING FROM YOU. Second order of boneless wings and tots. Zero seasoning (supposedly Cajun sparkle wings and tots) and they are STiLL out of Cajun sparkle. Rip off. Sides are never filled to capacity, your containers will have plenty of free space.
I ordered a spicy 10pc and a strawberry lemonade. Before leaving, I asked again if it was all spicy and was told yes. I get home and none of them was spicy. Please make sure you give a paying customer what they asked for. If you didn't have any spicy chicken then say that and people can wait or order something else. It's really not hard yall.
