Melaza Bistro - Woodstock

The service at this restaurant was impeccable. I didn't have a reservation at peak dinner time and they squeezed me in! My girlfriend got the pumpkin bisque, which she really liked. This place was clearly popular because we came in on a night it was fully booked and could only get bar seating and the appetizer menu. That being said, what we had was delicious, just unfortunate that they were turning people away without a waitlist and there being no-shows. If you're in the area, highly recommend a reservation in advance (or maybe just any other day than Saturday night). Will go back again if ever in that part of new england.
