Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Need to update timing for Sunday. Went to get sandwich and it wasn’t open.

Place was out of a lot of items. Things were out of order. Sandwiches were made on stale bread. Rueben had no cheese or sauerkraut. Definitely struggling as we noticed on way out the health score was a 72 and two weeks prior the grade was a 51. Definitely a no go.

No bags, working fountain drink machine, bowls, fries. Left and went to Chick-fil-a. This place ought to be ashamed to be open and expect it won’t be much longer.

Which Wich once stood out for its innovative sandwich making process and high standards, but my recent visit on President's Day highlighted a decline in both quality and experience. The once self service aspect of marking your sandwich preferences on a bag is no longer available, reducing the personalized touch that set Which Wich apart. With only one person managing orders, payments, and sandwich preparation, the result was a rushed service with a sandwich that didn't meet expectations warm bread but cold fillings. The cleanliness of the place has also suffered, with a smoke stained ceiling and malfunctioning beverage dispensers. Although the staff member was polite and doing his best under the circumstances, being constantly on the phone added to a less welcoming atmosphere. The restrooms, previously noted for their cleanliness, were in a disappointing state with no soap or paper towels available. The vending machine had a leak and the water was flowing to the kitchen area.This shift in management seems to have impacted the overall quality and care that Which Wich was known for. The dedication of the lone employee is commendable, but the lack of support and attention to detail in the environment and food preparation significantly detracts from the dining experience. While I hope for a return to its former standards, my latest visit only warrants a three star review, reflecting a compromise between the potential of Which Wich and its current execution.Will not go there again.

I walked in looking for the score they got but couldn't see it. After I sat down to eat, I noticed the score was 75 and they actually had it covered up so you couldn't see it!! The lettuce was brown and the drinks had no carbonation. This place is gross!
