Jak's Pub - Worcester

The owner recently opened this pub, replacing the long-standing Red Baron that was located here for many years. He has made significant investments in renovations, giving the place a more upscale feel. I visited recently to check out the new amenities, and I was quite impressed. The drink prices are reasonable, and the renovations look fantastic! The pub also features live bands on a regular basis and sometimes hosts karaoke nights. While the food options are limited, you can order from the Theatre Cafe right across the street. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink before or after a show at the Hanover Theatre, which is conveniently located across the street.

I would not recommend returning to this restaurant. During a visit to Worcester, my friends and I decided to stop by on a Saturday night, only to find the place completely empty, with the owner being the only one there. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience as the owner treated us poorly, even shouting profanities at us as we were leaving. It’s surprising that he doesn’t understand the importance of treating customers well, and it’s clear why his bar was so empty. I can't imagine anyone wanting to drink at a place with such an unfriendly owner.
